We contacted the seller and were credited immediately. It's a flimsy basket to begin with (don't know how it would stand up to 2 hours of trick-or-treating) and the bugs made it even worse. It's very cute but the quality isn't nearly as good as I thought. The basket is very cheaply made. It was definitely priced too high.
